HOW TO CREATE YOUR MY CANNES ACCOUNT
You can simply click on “My Space” and create your account by filling the form. My Cannes will save your profile, and payment details. Next time you will visit My Cannes, you can just log in, and it will be much quicker to book your rental accommodation in Cannes. Once you have an account you can also look at your previous or confirmed reservations of apartments, and your wish list.


HOW TO FIND YOUR PRESTIGIOUS ACCOMMODATION
There are different ways to find your accommodation. You can choose by type of lodging (1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, villa…), number of beds, bathrooms, or you can also choose your apartment by using the map so you can find the best location for you (apartment by the beach, close to the Palais Des Festivals, at the top of Rue d’Antibes…).


WHAT ARE THE WISH LISTS FOR
The wish lists are designed to store your selection of your favorite apartments. Each time you find a property in Cannes you like, click on the heart logo on the picture and the link of that property will be sent to the wish list. Once you are done selecting apartments, get into your wish list and access to all of your greatest accommodations. You can send them to yourself and your friends.


HOW DO I SUBMIT A RESERVATION
To book your apartment in Cannes, click on the “Book” button, we will be noticed that you sent a request and we will confirm you availability of the apartment, and we will ask for your secure payment details.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

For congress rentals: We automatically include 24/7 concierge service, linen kits, welcome kits with snacks, drinks and toiletries, midstay cleaning & end cleaning.

For vacation rentals: We automatically include 24/7 concierge service, linen kits, welcome kits with snacks, drinks and toiletries and end cleaning.

On demand: we can provide many services as: 

- Midstay & daily cleaning with change of linens

- Your package delivery at our office

- Printing your plane or train tickets

- Grocery shopping

- Bike/ car/ boat rental

- Restaurant reservation

- Taxi booking

- and much more...

 

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION
You can cancel your reservation the rent will not be refund. This being said, we will try our best to find a new client for the apartment that you cancelled and if we succeed, we could reimburse you part of the rent. 


HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RESERVATION
The best way for payment is wire transfer, it is fast and secure.If you prefer we accept credit cards, (Visa and Mastercard), in that case we only need the credit card number and the expiration date. Finally, we even accept cash money. We do not accept checks though.

 

WHERE DO I FIND MY RECEIPT
There are several ways to find your receipt/bill.

The first possibility is in "MY SPACE" section of My Cannes website: in this section, there is a space created for the bills. So you can access them anytime.

The second possibility is that we send the invoice/bill on your email address. 


HOW DOES CHECK IN WORK
Let us know in advance what time you’re planning on arriving in Cannes. If you fly please let us know about your flight number and the exact arrival time. When you land in Nice, give us a call or send us a text message so we will prepare to welcome you in front of the apartment. If you come by car or by train, let us know around what time you should be here.
We will wait for you in front of the apartment, help you carry your bags and give you the keys. We will show you the apartment, internet... Since we have a conciergerie service, don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations for restaurants in Cannes, bars, limousine service, transportation, groceries…


CAN A SECURITY DEPOSIT BE ASKED OFF SITE
If you don’t want to give us a deposit beforehand when booking the accommodation, we will ask you for a cash deposit when you check in or an imprint of your credit card.
