The house is located in the center of Cannes, in a quiet area - Le Petit Juas area- about 14 minutes walking distance from the Palais des Festivals.
You are 5 minutes walking distance from food shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and even a very nice gym (Fitlane center, the biggest gym centre in Cannes).
This villa has 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / 3 toilets, a very nice terrace & a garden with swimming pool, dun deck chairs and a pool house. It has been fully renovated.
